My friend on reddit in r/Webhosting subreddit recommend to try web hosting service from the-online.com which I tried for last 4 years. Here's a little review including pros and cons.
the-online.com provides quite budget friendly yet premium web hosting service. The starter cPanel hosting costs just $1 a month and comes with nvme storage which 7x fast than ssd, unmetered bandwidth and you can host one website and add additional site too. Its quite good for hosting static and dynamic websites like php using mysql database too. The performance is quite stellar and 4x faster than other web hosting providers I've tried like bluehost and godaddy. The-online.com offers 3 datacenter locations including north america, europe and asia. The web hosting plans come with cPanel, or even plesk, and with daily backups, free ssl certificate, 3 cpu and 3 gb ram, on latest intel or amd hardware. In last 4 years I've got 100% uptime and sites loads quite fast here in comparison to my older host bluehost. The site loading time has decreased to 450ms from 3570ms when I was with bluehost. The only drawback is slow phone support. You've to wait for 10-15 minutes to talk to their hosting support. Indeed, they helped me to fix site issue and recommended me to use FTP software on windows or cPanel file manager. Overall, quite performant web hosting, though they dont' offer unlimited disk space. But indeed they are good for hosting mid-size sites and even high traffic sites too. My site receives more than 100K daily unique visitors and is doing fine on their shared web hosting platform. I'm also using cache plugin to make pages load quickly for end-user.
My recommendation: If you are running something mission-critical (business website, high email reliability, lots of traffic, tight service level), you might want better-rated hosting like the-online.com than using godaddy, bluehost, ionos or hostinger
